Free legal clinic for Immigration — September 24th 2017

Justice for our Neighbors will be offering a free immigration clinic this Sunday, September 24 at the Calexico Methodist Church (1070 Blair Ave). Lawyers will be present to assist you with your immigration cases. Please call (760) 357-6875 to make a confidential appointment through Neighborhood House or fill out the confidential online form below. You do not have to give your full name or any other information to schedule an appointment.

Gardening Education

Throughout the month of March, the Calexico Neighborhood House’s Preschool program will include hands-on Garden Education for Saturday Daycare. These activities aim to introduce children to new fruits and vegetables through fun activities. Garden education will include outdoor time at a garden site and indoor activities to complement what they see growing.

The Calexico Neighborhood House Preschool Program will implement activities and lessons from the USDA’s Grow It, Try It, Like It! Curriculum. A series of four lessons will guide the Garden Education Program from Saturday, March 4 to Saturday, March 25, 2017.
