Calexico Neighborhood House Shelter is an emergency shelter for homeless women and children.
In providing those in need with a room, food, clothing, and intensive case management, the shelter presents homeless women and children with the opportunity to get back on their feet and be self-sufficient, contributing members of the community. Each resident is assisted in a home-like environment with the ultimate goal of securing permanent housing, becoming self-sufficient, and increasing self-esteem.
Calexico Neighborhood House Shelter is supported by funds from community donations, the United Methodist Women, and the Emergency Food and Shelter Program.
